FIRST CLUB EVENT FOR THE YEAR

Come on out for a root’n toot’n good time, rain or shine, warm or cold to Tom and Sharon Earnest’s place in Magnolia for the annual Chili Cook-Off. Locate your crockpots and pull out your recipes for your favorite chili. The competition is fierce with awards given to the top 3 along with a People’s Choice.

Judging begins at 5:00.

We’ll have music, ping pong, games, and another great bonfire. Soft drinks and water will be provided. BYOBooze. Bring a chair….Bring an appetizer or dessert if you can’t bring chili.
The food is inside the shop with tables and chairs, but you are welcome to stay outside if you’d like.

249 is now a toll road….go past Tomball to 149 exit turn right on 149 E (it’s really 149 north on other signs except this one coming off the freeway). Do not take SPUR 149 when you see the sign. Continue straight. Cross under 1488. IN ABOUT 1 MILE, Allyson Rd turn left. Our house is 1st on left. Drive to the back.

45N to 1488 go west or left over the freeway. Go several miles until passing Magnolia High School on the right. Exit right to 149 just over the overpass. At the light, turn left on 149. Go about 1 mile. Turn left on Allyson Rd. Our house is 1st on left. Drive to the back.
